The land of Sui-Generis-Eretz

Sui-Generis-EretzLand of Wood and Sand

The land that Sui-Generis-Eretz occupies is unique in that it is a land of drastic extremes. Entering through the docks of MeYam, the country’s major port city, you can see the rocky coastline stretch off into the distance. The rocks and brush give way to the large expanse of fields, sown with every imaginable grain and vegetable. In the distance can be seen the giant trunks of the Immensus, a rainforest filled with trees of all types and ages, from the small, thorny, henna to the souring trunks of the cypress. Traveling along the great river directus you can see many villages surrounding ruins, remnants of a previous empire that disappeared hundreds of years ago. These villagers live off the bounty of the jungle, fishing, hunting, and harvesting the fruits of the woods. There are many creatures in Immensus cheetahs, Couatl, and assassin vines are just a sample of the many dangerous and unique creatures that live here. After sailing for many miles, you suddenly leave the forest and enter a lake. On the shores of this lake lays the stone and adobe structures that are the capital city of Sanda-Forestis. Sanda-Forestis sits on the edge of two worlds, the world of the rain forest and the world of desert. The desert of Warmaz is a large expanse of sand and rocks stretching from the edge of the Immensus to the south, to the Brusque mountains to the north. It’s shifting dunes are filled with all manner of riches for men from all walks of life, rare spices for the merchant, evil creatures for the adventurer, and sand blasted ruins for the scholar. Keeping the Warmaz from spreading over Immensus is a long series of obelisks created long ago by a forgotten race. The workings of which are a mystery to all.
